Curran had back-to-back games of double-digit scoring to help lead the Saxons to two wins, closing out the 2022 portion of the season, including an Empire 8 win over Houghton University. He shot 54.5% in both games, going 6-for-11 from the floor. He was 4-of-8 from 3-point range against the Highlanders and 5-of-9 against Hilbert College. Saturday’s game against Hilbert resulted in him scoring 17 points for a season-high and tying his career-high. Curran pulled down six defensive rebounds in each of the games as well as an offensive board against Houghton. He also replicated two assists in each of the contests while stealing the ball once against Hilbert. He scored what would ultimately be the game-winning bucket on a 3-pointer against Hilbert.
