Junior Arden Hatch pitched 12.2 innings in three games during the NCAA Division III Softball Union Regional Tournament where she was credited with the win over No. 4 seeded Waynesburg University. She totaled nine strikeouts in the 6-1 win while only giving up three hits to eliminate the Yellow Jackets from the tournament. Hatch totaled 14 strikeouts in the three games including sitting batters four times against No. 1 seeded and #3 nationally-ranked Eastern Connecticut State University on Sunday. For her efforts, Hatch was named to the 2022 NCAA Division III Union Regional All-Tournament Team.
