Sophomore Madison Palmer earned Second Team All-Empire 8 twice last week in the shot put and weight throw as she finished second in both events. Palmer first got on the podium with a toss of 11.78m in the shot put, short of her school record distance of 11.96m. She then earned her second school record on her career as she threw the weight for a distance of 14.85m as she now holds both school records for Alfred University indoor track & field.
