Senior Brynn Hyde broke the Alfred University school record in the hammer throw on Thursday at the SUNY Geneseo Beautiful Valley Open. She topped Emily Moorhead’s 2010 toss of 43.33m with a mark of 43.64m. Hyde was 0.36m off of qualifying for the All-Atlantic Regional Track & Field Conference Championships.
