Graduate Kyle Gallo had the top performance for the Saxons on Saturday when he finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase during the SUNY Geneseo Early Season Invitational. He edged Roberts Wesleyan's Nathan Cannon by 0.04 seconds as Gallo ran a 9:56.69. He defeated 17 runners in the event.
