Lindsay Piraino (Nunda, NY/Keshequa) competed in the New York State Collegiate Track Conference (NYSCTC) Championships on Friday evening. The sophomore already held the school record in the 10,000 meter run but broke it by 33.31 seconds. Piraino upped the mark from 38:40.60 to 38:07.29 to earn the Saxons' lone six team points of the meet. Her six points came from finishing third on the day in the event.
