Saxon sophomore Brynn Hyde (Homer, NY/Homer) just missed scoring with her ninth-place finish in the weight throw. Hyde's toss of 13.44 meters set a new school record, breaking the previous mark of 13.06 meters by Emily Moorhead in 2010. No more points were scored on Saturday, resulting in the Saxons dropping to 13th place.
