Ian Bishop won his second shot put event in a row after claiming the victory at Utica with a toss of 14.29 meters on January 16 and more recently, throwing a 14.04 meter mark at neighboring Houghton College on January 22. It was the Saxons' second trip to Houghton this season after they opened the 2015-16 schedule with a team win. No team scores were kept on Friday.
