Alfred University Athletics

ALFRED, NY—Sophomore attack Megan Wendt (Grand Island, NY/Grand Island) has been named the Alfred University Female Athlete of the Week following her performances in three games last week for the Saxons.
 
Wendt scored six goals in three games and chipped in with three groundballs and one assist.  Five of her six goals came in a loss to Wilkes University.
 
Wendt and the Saxons return to action Wed. April 1, at home against the Hilbert Hawks at 4PM.
