Rychlewski joined the Alfred University Sports Medicine staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in August of 2026.

Rychlewski is familiar with the Alfred University Community, having graduated in 2025 with his degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Exercise Science. Rychlewski is additionally certified in CPR/AED. 

During his time with the Saxons, Rychlewski assisted the sports medicine department with clinical rotations dating back to August of 2023. Rychlewski completed over 900 clinical hours across various teams. Additionally, Rychlewski spent time at Wayland Family & Sports Medicine, observing various treatments and collaborating with athletic trainers and coaching staff members.
