2016 Plays of the Week: vs Hilbert (Play of the Month - September)

2016: Played in 12 games with four starts...took six shots on the season with two being on target...scored one goal against Hilbert College (09.06.16) and earned one assist against Medaille College (09.09.16) for three points on the season.

Before AU: Played for Lu Velasco and the Panthers of Monticello High School in Monticello, NY…helped her team to Section IX Division I Championships for six year…earned Varsity 845 Coaches Award during back-to-back years of 2015 and 2016…was a Varsity 845 One All-Star Team member in 2015…Time Warner Cable Athlete of the Week in 2016…earned Scholar Athlete for soccer, indoor track and field and alpine skiing…also played soccer for Nirvana FC…competed in alpine for Jim Bates and Steve Duarte…became Section IX Champions in skiing in 2014…qualified for and attended the New York State Alpine Skiing Championships from 2014 until 2016…participated in alpine skiing sectional meet since seventh grade until graduating…member of the National Honors Society since junior year…member of the National Society of High School Scholars since junior year…earned a Presidential Award of Excellence in 2016.
 
Personal: Parents are Debbie and Jody Mitchell…majors in athletic training…also a member of the women’s alpine skiing team here at Alfred University.
