Erynn Anderson

Erynn Anderson was appointed head women’s lacrosse coach at Alfred University prior to the 2014-15 academic year.
 
Anderson came to Alfred from Division I St. Bonaventure University, where she served the 2014 season as an assistant coach. She has experience as a head coach at the collegiate level, having led three Division III programs prior to her appointment at St. Bonaventure. She was instrumental in starting two intercollegiate varsity programs at two D-III schools.
 
She began her head coaching career at SUNY Morrisville, where she served one season (2008) as head coach. She left Morrisville for SUNY Maritime, where she helped start the women's lacrosse programe and was head coach for two seasons (2009 and 2010) before leaving for SUNY-IT, where she started that school's intercollegiate varsity team and served as head coach for two years (2012 and 2013).
 
Anderson, a native of Baldwinsville, NY, played three years on the women's lacrosse team at SUNY Fredonia, from 2003-05, earning a bachelor's in English in December 2004. After concluding her playing career, she ranked among the Blue Devils' career leaders in goals, assists and points. She served as a graduate assist coach at Fredonia for two seasons (2006 and 2007), earning a master's degree in English in 2007.
