Bob Cilino has been involved with the Alfred University skiing program as a student-athlete, assistant coach and head coach since 2009.

Cilino began racing for the Bath-Haverling high school ski team in 2005 before arriving to AU in the 2009-10 season. Cilino was a four-year member of the Saxons, graduating in 2013, before returning to AU as a graduate assistant coach under then-head coach and former teammate Lauren Partridge prior to the 2014-15 campaign. Cilino earned his MBA from AU in 2015, and stayed on as an assistant until his promotion to head coach in 2017.
 
Cilino is a US Ski and Snowboard (USSS) certified Referee.
