Alfred University Athletics

Before AU: Three-sport athlete for the Colonials of Morristown High School, playing football and basketball and competing in outdoor track & field…also played club ball for United NJ…helped his team to a 16-6 record (best in the conference) during his junior year…two-time All-County and All-Conference in basketball while also earning Team MVP…three-time All-County in track & field…NJAC champion in both the triple jump and long jump…earned All-County and All-Conference in football.
 
Personal: Son of Simone and Kenneth Edwards…both parents played basketball in college, mother played at Spellmen College and father played at Goshen College…other relatives who played collegiately are Gebereal Baitey (basketball at Emory University 2014-18), Imani Iadson (basketball at Kenyon College 2009-13) and Nia Iadson (basketball at Barry University 2011)...also a member of the Alfred University men's basketball team.
