Biography

Before AU: Dual-sport athlete for the Panthers of Pittsford Mendon High School, playing football and competing in both indoor and outdoor track & field…helped his track team become Section V Chamions in 2022 and again in 2024…finished as a Top-25 hurdler in New York State...earned a nomination for a football player of the week...recorded six sacks in one game...Honor Roll all four years of high school.

Personal: Parents are Jeni-Lyn and Gregory Connors...both parents are AU Alumni as well as a cousin...mother played soccer from 1990-94 and father played football from 1988-92...also a member of the Alfred University football team.
