Wilson was named the Assistant Coach for both cross country and track & field at the start of the 2023-24 school year and was promoted to Assistant Head Coach in March of 2024.
 
Wilson was a five-year member of the Saxon’s women’s soccer team and a two-year member of the track & field team. As a track & field athlete, she competed in the sprinting events and the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays as well as a couple of tries at the indoor distance medley relay and the outdoor 4x800-meter relay. As a soccer player, she recorded two goals and two assists while leading a strong defense in her 77 games played and 70 starts.
 
Wilson spent the past track & field season as a part-time assistant for the Saxons. Prior to that, she was part of an internship program through Houghton University and was an intern for Alfred University’s strength & conditioning program. She is certified in as a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning as well as NSAM-PES and NASE-CSS. 
 
Wilson graduated from AU in December of 2022 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health & Fitness Management with a minor in psychology. She completed her Master's of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in sports performance and injury prevention through Pennsylvania Western University in 2024.
