Visiting Media Policy
Any and all outside forms of media besides The Empire 8 Athletic Conference, Alfred University Athletic Communications and Alfred University Marketing & Communications must contact Chris Boswell, Director of Athletic Communications (boswell@alfred.edu), no sooner than 24 hours prior to the start of contest to request a pass. Any and all violators of this policy will be asked to join the general admission fans in attendance, providing a purchase of the general admission tickets. Photographers and videographers who have followed the policy laid out, may still be requested by the officiating umpires, The Empire 8 representative or the Alfred University event staff to relocate based off of safety concerns or if the fan-viewing experience is hindered in any way.

Parking
Campus Map | Alfred University Facilities
Most parking at Alfred University will be available at the McLane Center. Games will be played at Harrington Field. Other parking will be available on campus near Ade Hall. We ask that those students who wish to attend, try to leave your vehicles by your dorms/apartments. No parking will be available for fans/spectators beyond the Harrington Field outfield, behind Yunevich Stadium (except for those requiring handicapped parking) or above Harrington Field, just off of Main Street.
