Before AU: Was a three-sport for the Legends of Lancaster High School...swam for Coach Ayers, ran track & field for Coach Carriero and Masters and played unified basketball for Coach Jaskier...also swam club for E.A.S.T. Swim Team...holds school records in the 200-yard freestyle relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay...participated in the NYPHSAA State Championships four times...Honor Roll.

Personal: Daughter of Michael and Carol Vallely...also a member of the Alfred University swimming & diving team...younger sister, Eden '25 is also a member of the Alfred University women's swimming & diving team.
