Before AU: Was a tri-sport athlete for the Raiders of Caledonia-Mumford High School...ran cross country for Coach Freeman, played basketball for Coach Reed and played softball for Coach Dickens...helped her basketball team claim the 2015 and 2016 Section V Class C Championship titles...in softball, helped her team claim the Section V Class C Championship titles in 2014 and 2016 as well as Class C Softball NYS Finalist in 2016...finished her career with 1,508 points in basketball...named to the Class C All-Tournament Team in 2014 and 2017...Class C Section V Most Valuable Player in 2015 and 2016...earned First Team All-Greater Rochester in 2017 for basketball...earned Class C First Team All-State in 2017...Livingston County Basketball Player of the Year in 2017...member of the National Honors Society for 2016 and 2017...transferred in from one and a half years at St. John Fisher College and one semester of Genesee Community College...earned Empire 8 Women's Basketball Sportswoman of the Year at Fisher...earned Second Team NJCAA Region III at GCC for softball...made Dean's List at Fisher in the Fall of 2017...named to the President's List in the Spring and Fall of 2018 and the Spring of 2019.

Personal: Daughter of Steven and Nicole Flint...minors in economics and business administration...older sister, Maddi '17 was a member of the Alfred University women's basketball team while younger brother, Kevin '24 is a member of the AU men's cross country and track & field teams...also a member of the Alfred University women's basketball team.
