Before AU: Swam for Coach Burgess for three years and Coach Broderick for one year and the Panthers of Pomperaug High School in Southbury, CT...helped her team claim the 2015, 2016 and 2017 SWC Championships Runner-up title to supplement their 2014 Championship title...two-time state qualifier in the 100 back in 2016 and 2017...finished sixth place in the 100-back during the SWC Championships in 2017...also swam for the Greater Waterbury YMCA Barracudas.

Personal: Daughter of George Flaherty Jr. and Tara Flaherty...father swam and mother ran at Seton Hall...sister, Margaret swam at Sacred Heart University.
