2019-20: Broke the Alfred University school record for indoor women's shot put with a toss of 11.96m on February 14 at Boston University, breaking the program's oldest indoor record of 44 years set by Karen Savage '79 in 1976...broke the Alfred University school record for indoor women's weight throw with a toss of 14.85m on February 29 at the Empire 8 Championships breaking Brynn Hyde's ('18) throw...broke the women's outdoor shot put record, making it her second record that she broke set by Karen Savage '79 as Savage had it set at 11.79m while Palmer threw it 12.17m during the Coastal Carolina Outdoor Invitational (03.14.20).

Before AU: Was a three-sport athlete for the Blue Devils of East Aurora High School...ran cross country her ninth grade year for Coaches Walt and Marty McLaughlin, played tennis her final three years for Coach Thormahlen, competed in both indoor and outdoor track & field for Coaches Walt and Marty McLaughlin...helped her tennis team become back-to-back, undefeated ECIC Team Champions in her junior and senior seasons...holds her school's record in shot put for both indoor and outdoor arenas as well as the indoor weight throw record...indoor Section VI champions...ECIC Champions for tennis in her senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Sherry Palmer...older sister competed for Niagara University's track & field program from 2016-2020.
