Rinker enjoyed a successful week with the Alfred University women’s lacrosse team, who defeated Alfred State College and Russell Sage College this past week. In the program’s first-ever matchup against the Pioneers, Rinker tallied a goal and the game-winning assist for AU. The junior registered six shots with three being on goal, and was credited with four ground balls, a caused turnover and a draw control. As part of the program’s first victory against the Gators, Rinker scored a game-high six goals, including the game-winner, to go with one assist. She was responsible for 13 shots, 11 of which were on goal. Rinker additionally stuffed the box score with four draw controls, four caused turnovers, and a pair of ground balls for the Saxons. Overall, Rinker totaled nine points from seven goals and a pair of assists, registering a .737 shot on goal percentage.
