Papa Dioum was the third leg of the men's 4x100-meter relay team that competed at the All-Atlantic Regional Track & Field Championships hosted by Moravian College. John Wendt, Steven Jackson, Dioum and Neil Peters made up the team that finished 10th as they chased down the Alfred University school record time of 42.39, set in 1995 by Lou Springer, Eddie Najeeullah, Chris Mayo and Glenn Clinton. The team finished with a time of 42.89.
