Emiliano Terrazas solidified his position within the Empire 8 as one of the top swimmers, having not lost to a single E8 opponent during the Ithaca College Bomber Invite this past weekend in his scoring events, while being the top scorer amongst all E8 participants. He first teamed with William LaMastus, Colby Watkins and Alessandro Lagos Canales in the 200-yard medley relay, combining for a time of 1:36.46, edging out Division II Shippensburg University’s time of 1:36.69, earning fourth place. He then took fifth in the 400-yard individual medley with a time of 4:14.33. He then had a similar team in the 400-yard medley relay but replaced Lagos Canales with Fernando Lagos, taking fourth with a time of 3:34.00. Terrazas added another fifth place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 58.23 before picking up his first third place finish with a time of 53.43 in the 100-yard IM. He closed out his individual performances with another third place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:07.80.
