First-year Justin Eaton broke the school record in single-season goals as he got his 13th on Saturday and punched the Saxons' ticket to the Empire 8 Conference Tournament with a win over St. John Fisher College. It was Eaton's third game-winning goal of the season as he took four shots with two on goal and scored the game-winning goal on a set piece shot that arced over the hands of the Fisher keeper. Eaton's 13 goals surpassed the school record mark of 12 held by Jarrett Sanatar '04 and Frankie Mannino '13. Eaton is on pace to smash the school record in career goals of 35 held by Bobby Linaberry '06. He is now tied for second place on the all-time list at AU in single-season points with 27.
