Senior Peter Smock helped the Saxons go 2-0 on the week in Empire 8 action as he was undefeated on the week, going 4-0 between doubles and singles. He first teamed with fellow senior, Kyle Kemper at No. 2 doubles against Utica College on Friday. They topped Paul Litvak and Ethan Trembley, 8-6 before he won at No. 1 singles over LJ Nuzzo, 6-1, 6-4. The duo of Smock and Kemper then defeated The Sage Colleges's Logan Fournia and Dan Mackey, 8-4 at No. 2 doubles on Saturday before taking a strong, 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles over Henry Golden of the Gators. He is now on a 6-0 win streak between doubles and singles.
