Sophomore Lauren Serotta had a definitive victory in the 100-yard backstroke against NCAA Division II Le Moyne College on Tuesday last week. She defeated the rest of the pool by more than three seconds as she finished with a time of 1:02.27 and spearheaded the one-three finish as first-year Rachel Flaherty was edged out of second place and settled for third with her 1:06.57. Serotta then teamed with Amanda Guariglia, Shaelyn McClaughry and Olivia Piazza in the 200-yard medley relay where they took second with a time of 1:59.73 and Serotta had the top backstroke split of 29.17 seconds. She ended her day against Le Moyne with a third place time of 5:12.61 in the 400-yard individual medley.
