Senior Emily Wright helped force overtime play in Empire 8 action at Utica College. Utica got up to an early 2-0 lead in the first 17 minutes of regulation on Saturday. Wright responded with a goal just 12 minutes later. Then, as time was expiring in the second half with 10 minutes remaining, Wright popped in the equalizer straight in from her corner kick, making the score tied at two and forcing extra minutes. Wright had one more shot on the evening that was saved by the Utica keeper.
