Senior Joe Gonzalez had an amazing night against Houghton College in Empire 8 action. He faced a total of 23 shots with 11 on goal. He stopped every, single, shot as the Saxons went on to a 1-0 win in conference action, despite being out-shot 23-9 (11-4 on goal). Saturday’s game was his second season shutout and his saves are now his Saxon career-high.
