Anders Presthus (Lansing, NY/Lansing) competed in the New York State College Track Conference (NYSCTC) Championships on Saturday in both the shot put and discus throws. The sophomore thrower not only placed in both events, but qualified for the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships in both. He finished fourth in discus with a throw of 44.07 meters (144'-7") for five points and then earned his three other points with a sixth place finish in shot with a throw of 14.45 meters (47'-5").
