Derek Bishopp scored his first hat-trick of the season and added an assist in the Saxons' home-opener against then undefeated Baldwin Wallace. Bishopp's hat-trick helped lift Alfred University past the visiting Yellow Jackets, 13-11 as they improved to 4-1 on the season. Bishopp totaled six shots on goal out of his seven attempts while also picking up two ground balls.
