2016-17: Selected as the ECAC Corvias Division III Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week (05.03.17)...named the Empire 8 Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week (05.01.17)...broke the school record in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:00.12 during the Bloomsburg University Maroon and Gold Invitational (04.29.17)...finished second in the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the 10K.

Before AU: Ran for Coach Higgins and the Warriors of Mohonasen High School in Schenectady, NY.
