Carolyn Clark was a three-year standout on the women’s soccer team, from 1986-89, helping lead the Saxons to appearances in four post-season tournaments (New York State tournament in 1986; New York State tournament and NCAA Division III championships in 1988; ECAC tournament in 1989).
She was a member of the New York State Women’s Collegiate Athletic Association all-tournament team as a junior in 1988 and was a Regional All-American as a senior in 1989, when AU captured the ECAC Mid-Atlantic championship.
Clark says her greatest thrills as a student-athlete at Alfred University include earning a spot in the 1988 NCAA Division III championship tournament and winning the 1989 ECAC Mid-Atlantic title.
Clark earned a B.A. degree in communications from AU in 1990 and later earned a master’s degree in business administration from Seton Hall University in 2002.
